Here’s a short update regarding the Awoostria website maintenance.
We’re migrating our website to a new infrastructure to improve performance and reliability. The site is temporarily in maintenance mode and should be back online by the end of this week.
We have received some support tickets about the current maintenance, so here’s a short FAQ:
Q: Can I order a ticket via support?
A: No, unfortunately ticket orders are not possible while the website is down.
Q: My payment deadline is soon, but I can’t finalize my order since the website is under maintenance. Will my order get canceled?
A: No, open orders and payment deadlines will be prolonged automatically.
Q: Will there be chairs available on the website?
A: Maybe.
